My little boy absolutely loved it. Stuart M 9th July 2016 We visited for the first time today with both of our sons, the eldest has special needs. What a fantastic experience; friendly and welcoming staff, knowledgeable about special needs and autism particularly, accommodating and understanding. Ellie W 4th July 2016 We love visiting here. We try and make it a regular thing for ella as she loves all the lights which are her biggest sensory thing. I always have a happy child after visiting she barely sits still for the whole hour. Then for a treat we sit and have a drink and biscuits in the cafe after. Its somewhere she can just be herself and have fun at the same time. Excellent variety of sensory equipment for both seekers and avoiders. If you’re thinking of visiting then definitely give it a go. Caz W 5th Nov 2016 We took a group of children with special needs to Pendragon Community Trust today to use the sensory equipment. It was fantastic. The young people loved it. The staff were lovely. First time we’ve been today and will definitely be coming back. Staff are welcoming,friendly and very helpful. Our 15 year old son had a great time loved the lights, ball pool and the slide (think mam and dad enjoyed the slide more �). The only thing I would change is to be closer to where we live then I think we’d be there every wk. Thanks for a fab morning. The specialist Multi – Centre provides a range of Sensory equipment and sensory experiences including: • Therapeutic, respite and relaxation • Developmental opportunities and support to visitors. • Reduce isolation and encourage networking • The extensive use of sound and light using the latest technology. It includes a large studio based specialist multi- sensory environment for groups of up to 14 in number and a smaller environment for more personalised use by up to 2 clients. The centre has full hoisting facilities and a purpose built changing room. There is also a café area where clients and their families and carers can meet and relax.
